Message from MBSB Blacklisted sub-agents

Please be alert that MBSB have found fraud cases whereby the agents are doing forgery on customer's documents without the customers consent and receiving application from MBSB's staff. Due to this all agent are warn not to appoint sub- agents by these names:

1) Muhd Asyraffadeen bin Jumat (851017-14-5113)
2) Kit Azra bin Abdullah (760704-07-5003)
3) Zuraidah bt Alias (780407-01-5678)
4) Hassan bin Mustafa (740315-08-5973)

We wish to remind that you are not supposed to appoint or having business relationship with the above. We will not hesitate to suspend or terminate and forfeit the commission payment for failure to comply with the requirement. Tq.

Notice issue from Bank Rakyat to Coshare

Bank Rakyat had issue a notice to Coshare regarding settlement statement. Please see attached for more information.

Please make sure to include Bank Rakyat RM50.00 ORIGINAL receipt for all submission which have Bank Rakyat settlement. As quoted from the attached letter please only send in the settlement statement signed by authorized persons only.This announcement applies to all submissions from Coshare, Ikhtiar, MBSB and Petronesa .

Please also be informed, some Bank Rakyat settlement may need customer to settle themselves. We will send the cheques to respecting reporting agent if these steps are required.

On the other hand, Coshare also announced that there will be some slight changes in their criteria:
1) Minimum loan application : RM5,000
2) Minimum Year of Service : 2 years and above (Except PAR which remains at 3 years)

Pembantu Am Rendah for Coshare

Message from Coshare:

Dimaklumkan bahawa jawatan Pembantu Am Rendah & Pembantu Rendah Awam, Tukang Masak dan Pemandu telah boleh memohon pembiayaan peribadi melalui program potongan gaji Coshare Holdings Berhad berkuatkuasa pada 16 Jun 2011, bersyarat mestilah telah berkhidmat melebihi 3 tahun dari tarikh memohon.

Update: Pengawal Keselamatan can also be accepted.

MBSB: Additional Questions During Akad

Commencing today, MBSB will ask new questions during Akad:

1) Did you sign these forms in front of an agent?
2) What is his/her name?

It is compulsary for ALL your customer to answer "Yes" to question (1) and to provide a name, according to the person who sign as a witness in MBSB application forms.

If customer had inform that he/she had posted/courier these forms to yourselves or MBSB, these applications WILL BE REJECTED BY MBSB.

IT IS CONSIDERED A SERIOUS OFFENSE FOR NOT PRACTICING THESE STEPS.

Please also make sure customer do not send applications straight to MBSB as the applications will automatically belongs to MBSB.

Please always remember to practice ONLY good Code of Conduct for all sales submissions else we would not hesitate to take harsh action upon these matter.

BANK RAKYAT SETTLEMENT AND POLICE (COSHARE)

When submitting Bank Rakyat statement for Coshare package, please also attach the receipt for the payment upon requesting statement. It is now a mandatory requirement by Bank Rakyat when Coshare performs the settlement on behalf of customer.

And, for police (PDRM) customers, you are required to request for copy of normal I/C as well. It is a new requirement by Coshare.
